Join us on September 26th and 27th for the 2025 Dallas Pen Show!
Dallas Pen Collectors
The Dallas Pen Show is presented by Dallas Pen Collectors.

The purpose of the Dallas Pen Collectors group is to celebrate the pens we find, buy or use, and enjoy others’ interest in pens. We encourage the use and appreciation of fountain pens, other writing instruments and related ephemera. Informing members and the public on the history, manufacture, use, repair or sales of fountain pens or other writing instruments is a large part of who we are. We also take pride in conducting shows or other events where writing instruments may be displayed, traded, bought or sold by collectors or dealers.
Interested in Joining?
We welcome all persons interested in vintage or contemporary writing instruments to become a part of our club. You can join at any of our club meetings by paying the annual dues of $15. Upon joining you will receive notice by mail or by email of each upcoming meeting. You can also join by sending a check payable to “Dallas Pen Collectors” for $15, along with your mailing address, your email address and your phone number to Mike Walker, 910 Greenbriar, Dallas, TX 75208 or John Jenkins, 7040 Pasadena, Dallas TX 75214.

Meeting Times
The club meets at 7 p.m. on the First Wednesday of every other month (December, February, April, June and August). Changes to meeting places or dates will be sent to members. At each of our meetings there are some vintage fountain pens and pencils for exhibit, for sale or trade. Usually there is an informative program on the history, design, manufacture, use or repair of writing instruments, or some related topic like marketing, inks, papers, etc. Often these programs are presented by our own members; at other times an outside expert is a presenter. Most meetings last from one to two hours.
